We issue manager’s cheque for amounts starting from 100,000 dirhams. This service will come in handy if you plan to buy real estate, cars, or yachts in the UAE.
How long does it take to issue a cheque?
It normally takes 2-3 business days, depending on the cheque amount.
Will there be issues with the developer if my payment is made by a third-party company?
It’s possible. In such cases, we provide an additional document – a No-Objection Certificate (NOC).
Where can I receive cash in the UAE?
You can collect cash at our office or arrange for it to be delivered to your location.
